Netball
Netball is a team game based on general movement and ball skills. As well as the usual 7-a-side version of the game, there are three forms of netball that incorporate minor modifications of the rules with regards to mobility and equipment. This allows it to be played by almost anyone. First step netball is a 4-a-side game that uses a small court, small ball and lower posts. High five netball is a 5-a-side version of the game that bridges the gap between first step netball and the full rules. Wheelchair netball is a 7-a-side game that has modifications to the rules on travelling and playing the ball.
