Martial Arts

As well as being a good form of exercise, the martial arts also aim to teach self-discipline, focus, co-ordination of movement, and respect for others. The term encompasses several disciplines including judo, ju-jitsu, karate, kendo, kung fu, tae kwon do and tai chi.
