The trip costs £349 registration fee + £3,400 minimum sponsorship. The actual costs of the trip are £1,700 so the MS Trust receives £1,700, plus every penny raised over the minimum sponsorship. The sponsorship raised will enable the MS Trust to take positive steps to improve the lives of people living with MS today.

Is the trip for me?

YES! People of all ages and from all walks of life take part in these fantastic challenges and what everyone has in common is the desire to do something amazing for a great cause! Some people come with friends or family but most people won't know anyone else on the trip so it's a great opportunity to make new friends. Everyone is welcome!

How fit do I need to be?

You don't need to be an athlete to take part in this trek, however it is vital that you train so that you get the most out of the trip. We will send you a suggested training plan and are on hand to help you with your training trips.

Will I be able to raise the sponsorship money?

YES! So long as you start in good time you'll find that you can easily raise more than the minimum. To get you started we have listed some ideas in the brochure, and don't forget you can call us at any time for help and advice!.

Can I stay on in Nepal for longer?

YES! For a nominal administration fee your flight can be extended (subject to availability). This will give you the opportunity to discover more of this amazing country independently.

Will you help me?

YES! We have a dedicated event manager who will be on hand to look after you every step of the way. The confirmation pack you will be sent upon booking will include everything you need to know and we are always just a phone call away if you need any help or advice.

What do I need to bring?

No specialist kit required! We'll send you a full packing list when you register.

What do I need to bring?

You need to bring along a sleeping bag and a sleeping mat, but apart from that all specialist equipment will be supplied and we will of course send you a full packing list once you have registered.

Will you carry my luggage whilst I'm walking?

Yes, your luggage will be carried by porters. You will just need to carry those essentials like water, sun tan lotion and a camera.
