A to Z of MS shift.ms
shift.ms is an online community for people who live with MS. It was launched in March 2009.
It was developed by George Pepper following his diagnosis at the age of 22 as a community to provide younger people with MS (or those with a younger attitude) with a place to share thoughts and experiences with others in a similar situation. Much of the content on the site is user generated and it includes many interactive features such as video diaries and message boards.
