A to Z of MS Insurance services

It is an unfortunate fact of life that when people are diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, if they do not notify their insurance companies, they may be penalised if they need to claim. But equally, having notified the company, it can be that insurance becomes either more difficult or more expensive to purchase. Indeed there are cases where people with MS - like those with some other long-term conditions - may be refused cover.

The MS Trust is unable to recommend specific insurance companies. The service mentioned below is designed for people with MS and may be a useful starting point when looking for insurance services. In addition, mainstream insurance companies generally have a reasonable understanding of MS and should give a quote based on an individual's own circumstances, so it is worth contacting a number of different insurers to compare prices.

Unique
