A to Z of MS Action MS

Action MS is a charity that has been offering support to people with MS in Northern Ireland since 1976.

Action MS services include:

  • A befriending service to help reduce the sense of loneliness that a person with MS may experience and to encourage people to get back into their local community
  • Reflexology for people with MS living in the Mid Ulster and Coleraine areas
  • Help with holidays through the Action MS Medicare Breaks programme
  • Local support groups

Action MS have published a children's storybook called A Fishy Tale which uses a story to explains what is happening to parent with MS.
